People increasingly describe relationships/other people as 'toxic' too quickly and incorrectly. This workshop shines light on the realities of this supposed 'epidemic', and the dangers of labelling people 'bad', both for them and for us. This workshop will explain psychologically what is going on.

About the event
We are increasingly hearing the term 'toxic' relationships, often too quickly and incorrectly used. This workshop will shed light on why using that term might is not always appropriate, and the reality of the role we ourselves play equally as does the other person we are relating with.
